DUCHESNE CITY
DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY
Duchesne City will be accepting Declarations of Candidacy for three City Council positions between June 3 and June 7, 2019. Each person seeking to become a candidate must file in person with the City Recorder, Kim Riggle, Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 500 East Main Duchesne, Utah. There will be a non-refundable filing fee of $25 to run for these positions. To qualify for Candidacy a person must be a US Citizen at the time of filing, must be a registered voter of Duchesne City and must be a resident of Duchesne City or a resident of a recently annexed area for a period of 12 consecutive months immediately before November 5, 2019.
