Duchesne City residents love their pets and we love for pets to be kept safely, humanely and free from disturbing others! Dogs are required to have a Duchesne City license. Cats and small pets are not required to be licensed. Dogs that are reported and collected by Duchesne City Animal Control are boarded at the Duchesne County Animal Shelter. Owners are charged a fee to get them back and an additional penalty if not previously licensed. Please report nuisance animals or loose pets immediately. Our Animal Control Officer will respond to your call as quickly as possible. Your safety as well as your pet are of utmost importance.
